a result of Your address No. M.D. 101/2000 registried to ORDA through the nr. 236 from 14.02.2000 we
are communicating you the following:
According to the provisions of the law no. 8/1996 concerning
the author’s rights and the connected rights, the original works of
intellectual creation in the literary, artistic or scientific field,
independently of the method of creation, the mode or the concrete form of
expression and independently of their value and their destination, form the
object of the author’s right.

Construct – Com llc is an work according to the item
7 from the law 8/1996, and, in capacity of author, you are benefiting by all
the rights concede by the law.
At
the item 1paragraph (2) from the mentioned law it is also stipulated that the
work of intellectual creation is recognised and
protected, independently from the public information, through the simple fact
of its realization, even unfinished. This means that the recognition and the
protection of the author’s rights are not conditioned from the carrying out of
any formality, as the registration at ORDA which you are asking.
Still
you can consider that the no. 236/14.02.2000 with which it was registered your
work at ORDA it’s a registration number which can be appealed in a necessity
case of some evidence means.
