PRESENTATION

The humanitarian foundation "THE SAMARITAIN"

turned up by the founder Horia-Cristian Roman on February the 27^th 1997 is a nongovernment, humanitarian, Christian, philanthropic, apolitical and non profit organisation.

The main activity directions of the foundation are:

1. Helping disadvantageous persons:

• Handicapped persons, persons with modest social conditions, orphans,abandoned kids
• Oldaged people, the kids of the streets, the overgifted kids

1. Helping the institutions that meet with difficulties:

• special school for handicapped children;
• hospitals, health centres
• orphanages
• social refectories
• asylums for the elders
• nurseries for abandoned children

1. Helping the churches with money and material assets
2. Helping the small and average enterprises
